Deposit Policy

At this time, deposits are not required on most services to secure an advanced appointment. Same day appointments require a deposit for the cost of service. It is your responsibility to show up for your scheduled appointment.


Should you need to cancel or reschedule before the cancellation period, please text or call (248) 716-0996.  Those are the only acceptable forms of communication for cancelling/rescheduling.  


This is in place till the policy is abused (individual bases, see below), and based on service menu expansions.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us within 12 hours of your appointment. 


Please leave enough time to get to your appointment, anticipating traffic and parking.


Please provide notice of cancellation at least 12 hours in advance.  If you book a service on the day of and you cancel or no show, you will be charged in full.  If you are late and do not have enough time to perform any service due to timing, we reserve the right to cut your service, you will be charged for the service you booked not the cut service. 


We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.   


All no show/ late cancellations will be subject to providing a deposit at time of scheduling for future appointment(s). A limit of 2 no show/late cancellations is in place per person before you are no longer able to book with us.

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.  


It is the client's responsibility to read our policies, pre care, aftercare, and disclaimers.  It is the client's responsibility to read all appointment reminders. 

Purchase and Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!

  • By selecting to finalize your sale online, you are agreeing to a service fee of 2.3%+.30¢ on top of your purchase.
  • Alternate payment option can be made via Zelle to lezlie@brilliantskinestheticscom at no additional cost.
  • Please send a message via "Contact Us" to confirm receipt of payment and verification of email for document delivery.
  • Must have a YouTube account to access the video after purchase. The corresponding email will need to be provided.
